Firebird's Unique Dance Program
At Firebird Dance Studio, our dedicated and talented instructors offer dance classes for ages 18 months to young adult. We teach fusion contemporary-folk dancing, lyrical, modern, ballroom, and latin styles. All classes teach technique, choreography, and rhythm, in an environment where each student is treated as an individual, and not just a another face in the crowd. Students also have the opportunity to perform several times each season. In the past, Firebird dancers have performed at such bay area venues as the Herbst Theater, Palace of Fine Arts, Zellerbach Hall, San Francisco City Hall, Union Square, and many more.
We invite you to come and learn technique and choreography in dynamic classes that teach the student to be not just a dancer, but a performer. Students gain confidence, character, individuality, and a creative means of expression.
In addition to our dance program, we also offer private lessons and exciting workshops.

Since the dancers of Firebird Dance School perform in our shows and concerts, we charge a $65 costume rental fee per student at the beginning of each season or at the time of enrollment. This is for use of all our existing studio costumes for all performances throughout the season. Please take good care of costumes, so we can perserve them for years to come. Costumes lost or damaged while in the student's possession must be paid for.
